For "Moissanite" reading for known diamond - We have enhanced the sensitivity of the conductivity measurement to detect the low conductivity moissanite and thus, users will have to clean both the tip and the diamond cleanly to remove any moisture as SAM is able to pick up any slight conductive signal from the stone.

For "Diamond" reading for known Forever One Moissanite - Kindly get the users to test on different spots of the Forever One Moissanite as the electrical conductivity of the stone is spread unevenly within the moissanite. Thus, users will get different results for the Forever One Moissanite, pending on the spot that they are testing.
