The F-1 is a stake that allows you to expand your forming and shaping skills. With this beak stake you can roll the edge of a cone or tube shape inward and will make a slightly tapered end than other stakes. - The F-2 is a double convex stake that will allow you to build your forming and shaping skills, allowing you to create domes. On the larger end of the stake you will be able to create bold, curved shapes; the smaller end allows you to create smaller radius shapes. - The F-3 is a doming stake is used to form bezels, make hollow rings or perform any type of smithing that you could do with larger stakes, but on a smaller scale. - The F-6 is a shell stake that allows you to increase your forming and shaping skills. This shell stake is used for bracelet-sized work, using this stake you can form dramatic concave shapes and small convex shapes. - The F-8 is a horn stake that allows you to increase your forming and shaping skills. This horn stake allows you to create a more domed shape. Used in large part to make hollow rings and large beads for tubing. - The F-9 is a convex/concave stake that will allow you to increase your forming and shaping skills. The curve end of this stake will give you a more subtle curve; and the concave end forms more concave shapes on cylinders and bracelets.
