22-5950 / HD Spitfire Injection Machine

The HD Spitfire is a low-pressure injector for mold filling of HD liquid polymer formulations. It injects into clear silicone molds in the HD Pattern light curing chambers. The Silver Bullet or Firefly curing chambers complete the production of high detailed and durable polymer patterns for casting. Requiring no electricity, the Spitfire is an air logic system that requires only a source of compressed air for operation. The HD polymer bottles fit easily in the Spitfire's internal dispensing tank. Three manual control valves operate the tank pressure, dispensing nozzle, and auxiliary air port. A foot pedal operates the dispensing nozzle for controlled mold filling of the liquid polymer into the silicone molds. Designed for extremely long life, the sturdy Spitfire has been designed with a very narrow footprint to conserve counter space.
